Refund Policy

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

 
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with size, color, or fit.
 
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange.
  • All re-delivery fees for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
 

Defective / Quality Returns

 
If your item has manufacturing defects (not caused by improper use or accident), you may return it within 30 days.
 
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Customer covers return shipping.
  • Once approved by our quality team, we will send a new item with free reshipping.
  • Our QC team has final decision on quality claims.
 

Refunds

 
  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
  • Full refund is available for cancelled orders.
 
Full refunds require:
 
A. Prior approval from our service team.
 
B. Items in new, unused, original condition.
 
Otherwise, partial or no refund may apply.
 
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks to your original payment card.
